Basic Accommodation with Room for Improvement

The location was beautiful, but the room felt outdated and lacked comfort. Cleaning staff did a great job, but the dining options were unexciting. Be prepared for lots of stairs if you want to reach the beach. Connecting with the reception can yield helpful tips, just be patient.

Friendly staff, clean room, we enjoyed the beautiful lake views from our spacious balcony while having access to the pool and children's play area just steps away from our accommodations.

Had a great trip with friends! The kids loved the shallow pool and the spacious terrace overlooking the lake. We enjoyed some fun activities at the lake and took day trips to Verona and Venice. The shuttle bus was super convenient for getting into town. Highly recommend it for families!

We did have a little disappointment with the food. The options were kind of limited and often barely warm, which wasn't what we expected from a 4-star hotel.
